SocketTimeOut in GPRS connection #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Samsung Tab GT-P1000, Android 2.3.3 Kernal 2.6.35.7
2. Use GPRS 
3. Try to get sites

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
list sites

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0-11a, Android 2.3.3

Please provide any additional information below.
It only happens in GPRS connection but not in Wi-Fi
