Tag improvements #7

I'd like to suggest some changes in the tag use in DroidStack:

a) can you make the tags in the questions lists clickable so as to display a 
list of questions (using same criteria: all, unanswered, my questions, ...) 
that match the tag

b) same for tags inside a ViewQuestion screen, for tags displayed below the 
question.

c) what about adding a "Tags" list, to display the same content as 
http://superuser.com/tags (example for SuperUser).

c) in the Search screen, for the "Tagged with" and "Not tagged with" fields, 
any change to have access to a tag list or to a autosuggest feature, as the 
spelling of tags is not always simple ("windows7" or "windows-7" ...)

This will definitely be done, but not in the next release.

The first commit in this direction has been made. I'll try to implement as much 
as I can from this issue.
