Open in browser button #9

Since droid stack doesn't support any editing of questions/comments it would be 
great to have a button staring a default browser on selected question. This 
will allow users to edit questions/answers from their devices without needing 
to search the question in browser manually.

Hello :) just in case you're interested in the feature.
Here is a patch adding the functionality. The browser.png should be placed 
under res/drawable-hdpi folder.
