Add basic jade of wish page and create page. #8

Path of create page is "/wish/create", which is not uniform. What if simplify it into "/create"? It's up to you to decide since I'm not much clear with the back-end logic.

That's the mock server, the router realized is "/create", as you can see in https://github.com/laiy/Exchange/blob/master/routes/create.coffee .
