After scan translatemanager want to delete category database. How exclude this category? Thanks.

Scan lists the elements that are no longer found, but were previously inserted into database. You can delete them if you don't need them any more (but translations for these elements will also be deleted).

I don't think there is a way to exclude a category from this process, if I'm correct, and you want to do this. Scan lists always these elements.
