Updated for iOS 5.1 && ffmpeg 0.11.1 on Mac OS 10.7.4 #6

I make the following changes:

delete the old version of ffmpeg
update the building scripts for all platforms
update the api functions for the latest ffmpeg
add a button to show the current playback time
