Validation on (Totalling GL, Parent GL)
    Same Company, Currency , Nature , Posting Level 
Database Structure 
While Creating
Balance Retrieval 
GL Info Retrieval 
Posting
    Should check if there is a corresponding Totalling GL , the Legs should balance 
    CR = DR of the totalling
