Current state - Globe initialization is used - it allows agents to suddenly change the velocity in oposite direction.
Fix - Globe initialization might be good in the start when agent has velocity 0, but otherwise there should be "initialization cone" that allows only moving in "kinetic-friendly" (believable) directions.
