Adjust parameters

Currently:

• population size = 30
• individual path size = 50
• GA iterations = 10

I want more iterations over path size, because currently 1 step in path is considered as 0.5s long path which results in ± 25 seconds future path -> useless

Goal:

• have more iterations over other parameters, which will hopefully later (with better operators) result in better results.
