Have new type of individual with bezier curves. Individual will consist of 2 parts:
bezier curve describing path
acceleration along the path (fixed amount)
Bezier curve will be cubic from startPos to destination with 2 control points (can be later divided into multiple segments of cubic beziers for different mutation manipulation)
Acceleration will determine where we will end up after each step.
