Update Gitpod to always use Node 8.4 #174

Thanks! Does Gitpod work as expected now for you, do after-signin screens work, do courses show?

Will spin up a gidpod with my test env.js and try!

EDIT: Gets up to sign in, but on the callback from github it shows a blue page and the backend fails with

Error: Node Sass does not yet support your current environment: Linux 64-bit with Unsupported runtime (93)
