Why are there no default config files? #79

My Ubuntu install will not start without a logging.conf config file in ~/.storj-gui/ (the directory does not exist, btw).

EDIT: Also missing from install instructions is the need to 'pip install logger'.

Ok, thanks for report, I will improve config file storage and add logger package to install instructions
