1) What is the broad challenge we are trying to solve? (pattern for Europe as a whole) 2) What is the specific research question? How does it translate to a data science problem? (how do you define health? how do you define social inequalities?) 3) How does the output of the project look like and how is it going to be used? 4) What metrics do we use to measure the success of the project? 5) What is the expected impact? Is it realistic?
