Not installing linux-wifi-hotspot #302

Describe the bug

  1. sudo apt install linux-wifi-hotspot getting Unable to locate package linux-wifi-hotspot after adding to the package list

  2. Downloaded the last 2 release of deb packages and tried to install it, But it didn't install

OS info : Debian Linux with KDE Platinum Wifi Info : Laptop integrated wifi

On Ubuntu 22.04 (Armbian 23.02.2), I similarly got the "unable to locate package" after adding the PPA.

Bump Kubuntu 23.04

Seem like the author lost access to the repository (see #280), so you have to have install the package manually
