Timeline is broken #3

Currently if you click on the timeline nothing shows up. Minor issue. Listing it here so I don't forget about it.

Turns out all the old functionality in Timeline applies to Top Level Objects (TLOs) that I no longer have. I took out the tab on the menu bar for the time being and and closing this issue.
