mutagen.flac.FLAC['totaltracks'] is not checked #36

fluke.itunes.fixMetadata and/or fluke.itunes.setTrackNumber should check if the 
metadata dictionary returned by Mutagen contains the key ‘totaltracks’ and 
use it to set track.track_count if it exists.
