Read-only files are not processed #6

Since Fluke needs to flag the files as oggs adding read-only files currently 
does not work. I see no other way around the problem aside from tweaking the 
source code for Xiph.org as we otherwise need write access to the files.

In the meantime, at least notify the user of the problem correctly to reduce 
confusion and recommenting.
