Lojban names for Zbalermorna glyphs/characters

The write-up, the Unicode layout, and @sozysozbot in their renderer all define some of these, but I thought it'd be worth it to discuss these and try to document all of them for glyph/Unicode names in the fonts :)

The suggestions I have here are probably pretty novicely assembled lujvo (I didn't do any scoring) - any corrections or other suggestions are welcome! I left out most of the lerfu defined here. I think we'd end up using h in all of the names, as ' isn't a valid character for these fields. All spaces in the names will be removed - _ is reversed for ligatures, so can't be used to separate words.

The tones have a lot of options with regard to which gismu is appropriate to use. If I'm missing anything here, please let me know!

After talking on the Discord a bit, it looks like leribu is invalid, and uy and iy may work for the names of the semivowels.

Similarly prefixing clu to vowel names for full vowels isn't valid, but constructing them like sepli me abu is. Postfixing bu to the end of words isn't always valid, so the ones based on gismu need to be separate, eg smaji bu. Thanks to la misno tadni, ASmallDuck, and saski'o on the Discord for all their help in understanding these :)
