add Brazilian Portuguese translation #26

I translated the app to Brazilian Portuguese!

I named the .po file "ptbr" instead of "pt", but I can rename to "pt" if it needs to be 2 characters long (like all other .po filenames).

Thanks for developing Furtherance, I'm loving it :)

I wasn't sure of how it should be named either, but after doing some research it looks like it should be pt_BR. I've changed the name in both locations. Thanks for doing the translation!
