Fix language codes and files for two languages #93

What is the reason for changing fr_FR to fr and nb_NO to nb here? As far as I'm aware, the current way is more specific.

They aren't correct locale strings for languages. You may check from other GNOME applications. Example: ( https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-software/-/tree/main/po)
