fix: :wrench: fixed up enums and other validation items which aren't included by aws for their source #120

For some reason, the source definitions that we get from Cloudformation, don't have enums defined in them and or the min \ max values, which cause confusions(a lot) and I've just added them here to make it easy and increase developer experience points.
