One thing could be that she should probably look up or read the directions on the website a little more thoroughly first because going up to ask questions because sometimes the answers are on there.

Timeliness	[Y ]	4+	0.95	She is always on time, normally one of the first people in class. For the most part she has everything on time, but if she doesn't there is normally a valid reason why. Just for the future make sure to read all the instructions to what we need because sometimes she misses a few things, but she normally catches up fast incase she doesn't.
Tech Sense	[Y ]	3	0.90	For the most part she knows her computer well enough and she has gotten used to a lot of the features. She just needs to improve on figuring things out more on her own.
Tech Talk	[Y ]	3	0.90	She is very good at explaining anything new in cs that she has done to our group incase they need help. Something that could be improved on is just like making her explanation more concise.
Tech Growth	[ Y]	4	0.90	She has definitely grown in the past 2 and a half weeks in getting used to her technology, just for the future with her acquired skills she should be able to do more tech things on her own.
Advocacy	[Y ]	4+	0.95	She always makes sure to state her needs and problems and also helps with others on helping then stand up for what they need and make sure their needs are met along as hers in the class.
Comm & Collab	[Y ]	4+	0.95	She has really good communication she always makes sure to talk to her group during every project, if she has any questions or concerns she is really good at communicating to that to the group and in our group calls she is really good at collaborating and talking to us about her steps and ideas for the step up right now.
Integrity	[Y ]	4+	0.95	She does everything honestly and she doesn't cheat off other people, she actually makes sure what other people are doing before using it onto her code.
Organized	[Y ]	4	0.9	She is pretty organized, the only thing is she does have a lot of tabs, but it is manageable and you can get around her computer easily.

Hi Lalita,

I liked your approach to improving and trying to make your website better. One thing to improve on would be to organize your hacks better, just so it is more clear on which hack corresponds to what part of the checklist.

I think that, overall, you gave a really great presentation, and you seemed to have a really good sense of what you were talking about (tech sense).

Next time, however, I believe you could have elaborated on some of the hacks.

I think your tech sense and tech growth are good as you knew what you were explaining and have almost everything completed. However you could go over your hacks and see what you tested and played around with.
