Config file is hardcoded at the moment, needs to be invoked with a command.

Startup command as well as a bot command. Bot command would send/receive the packet.

Startup should be for base web frontend work, where a base website invokes a node on a random port and proxies to it. It would allow multiple chatipelagos to run at once.
