Finish chatbox integration #13

The chatbox will grow in functionality/ complexity, will be nice to have it in a sizeable and minimizeable floating element.

May decide to keep everything in chatbox for v1 demo, instead of main viewer + floating chatbox.

This is pretty close in satgpt-chatbox.ipynb, just need to decide on details of inline datacube viewer and build a new main app.

Probably some ripple effects from this but closing the main issue.
