fix role updates #4

currently satgpt role comes from default shell config, created locally on my Mac

encountered issues with OpenAI key if importing sgpt in build script, which seemed like one sensible approach

a hacky but working solution is under satgpt setup.py. to be improved with setup improvements in #1.
