Gyroscopic panning #17

Adjust sensor responsiveness to smooth the panning/tilt motion to be more "natural."

I won't be able to get this in for tomorrows deadline, so I took it out of the last scene to keep it consistent. I haven't even been able to dig into these settings at all yet.
