Enable higher-resolution export to PNG

I'm closing this issue because it is not worth the implementation effort, as there are other better ways for achieving the same goal:

• use vector images (SVG, EMF) whenever possible
• export to SVG, and use Inkscape to generate a png with an arbitrary resolution
• (define a larger font)
