This repository appears to be corrupted and I am not able to push the origin. The gigantic csv was uploaded and is now stuck in the history. It keeps giving me an error message saying that the file is too big, even though the file no longer exists in the repository. To get around this, I just created and invited you to a new repository "RaccoonOlyLarvalSurvival2". With the new repository, I am now able to upload my most recent changes. Today, I am working on sorting the hazard ratio coefficients for all of the different site/treatment permutations.
