It appears this package is no longer maintained. Personal attempts to contact the owner of this repository have not been successful. We will accordingly be removing this package from the MLJ registry in the next MLJModels.jl release.
The owner is very welcome to request re-registration if necessary maintenance is performed (a new release may suffice). Another option is to transfer ownership of the repository to a Julia org where other volunteers can conduct basic maintenance - e.g. JuliaAI or JuliaStats. I can provide guidance on this.
