add case study on PV performance parameter sanity check #10

perhaps @sherjeelshabih already has some code for that. The goal is to have a short example in the "case studies" section on using materials science knowledge to improve extraction quality.

It occurs to me that these review papers could be nice candidates for this:

Additionally, the same data set can be used to check something about the formulas and compositions of the absorber layers, either with pymatgen.core.Composition or with SMACT. @kjappelbaum, can we discuss this and how we would structure the notebook(s)?
