With the upcoming BT4.0 release, we need to enhance the UI to allow the user to 
configure inputs for different purposes.

#1) Sparge In - Control the HLT pump via a float switch in the mash

#2) Flow Sensor ???

#3) Others ???

I'm using pin change interrupts in TestTroller. You can look at the the 
Trigger's screen logic in UI. This functionality is ready to be implemented 
when someone is ready to take it on.
