Similar in nature with issue #66 - so should be done at the same time.

The goal here is to fine tune the strike temp calculations so that they are 
closer to BeerSmith, for example....

They need to take into account grist/water ratio, starting points of tun and 
grain, total pounds of grain, thermal mass of mash tun, etc.
