Add/delete/select profile panel with NiftyGUI

Implement add/delete/select profile functionality.

Add:
1) Click profiles button on main menu
2) See list of profiles.
3) Click add button
4) Input username
5) New user added to list

Delete:
1) Click profiles button on main menu
2) See list of profiles.
3) Select user and click delete button
4) Selected user deleted from to list

Select:
1) Click profiles button on main menu
2) See list of profiles.
3) Select user and click select button
4) Profile is now loaded from XML and used as current profile.
