History not recording searches on Android Tv #362

As per title, clipious on android tv is not recording any search

the search history is active in the settings and the history is set to hold 10 items

Fresh installation of invidious dated 31th October 2023: 2023.10.26-8087e64

Clipious latest on the 31th October 2023: 1.17.1

Invidious is self hosted on docker (synology) and only reachable via LAN on dedicated port

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open clipious Search for something Go back to the main menu Enter the search again No entry found

Android Tv

Device: Philips Oled 806 OS: Android Tv 11 Version android Tv 4.19.182

As reported by @lamarios , if one performs an empty search the history will show up, which is not the desired behavior. Thanks a lot for taking care!
