Small (minimized) player causes random refreshes #488

Note: This is zero priority, I can absolutely live with this issue being present.

Describe the bug Minimizing the video does absolutely random UI refreshes sometimes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open any video
  2. Minimize
  3. Observe sometimes refreshes sometimes not.

Expected behavior

  1. There's absolutely zero need to do a complete refresh with UI blanking out.
  2. There must be a way to poll for new info while being interact-able.
