Handle YouTube default links on Android. #525

In the settings for Android OS, one can select apps to handle various links, in particular YouTube. As of right now, one can enable clipious to handle all YouTube links but it doesn't do anything. Opening a YouTube link takes one to the clipious app start page but it doesn't open the video that the link intended.

It would be super useful to have Clipious parse the link correctly and open YouTube links to the correct video and also back out of the app correctly.

This now almost completely works. For me, clipious will still not open youtu.be links. Whenever I try to open a youtu.be link it is opened in the browser app.
