Describe the bug
There is a toggle in notification settings to turn on foreground services for periodic new-video checking. There is also a notification category called "Foreground service". They suggests that a persistent notification will appear after I turn on this feature. However, there is no persistent notification shown after turning this option on.
To Reproduce
Turn on "Notifications" in app settings.
Expected behavior
A persistent notification appears.

According to #333, this can be the intended behavior. The real problem here is the confusion from the description of the settings and the existence of such a notification category.
