Prepare 1.3.2 release with declared NVDA 2022.1 compatibility #57

This PR adds the following changes:

  1. Update version to 1.3.2-dev (I think the best option would be to change it to 1.3.2 after merge and release a stable version directly).
  2. Update lastTestedNVDAVersion flag to 2022.1.0.
  3. Add 1.3.2 (stable) to the changelog.
