Update FOTA build scripts #13

Please refer to the associated issue (#11) for more information. In summary, the build scripts were updated to include the disco board as a viable target option and pyocd is now used to flash the target binaries.

Ah yes, I seem to have left out the "develop" directory from the path (along with another mistake I spotted). I'll make the changes, verify that it works on the board, and push them now.
