Difference of squares #14

Add a solution to difference of squares exercise. I had to update the structure of the template given by exercism.io to Elm 0.19. I also added elm-stuff folder to .gitignore.

Sorry for weird commit history – it's because I messed up my commits by commiting from a nonexistent user account. As far as I know, it shouldn't mess up the original branch's history if you merge with squash strategy.
