New files do not show up #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an sshfs connection and look at a folder
2. On the server, create a file
3. Reload the Windows Explorer window or navigate to another folder and back

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New files created on the server should show up, but they don't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP Dokan library 0.4.2, SSHFS 0.1.9.

Exactly the same problem under Windows 7 x64 with Dokan library 0.6.0 and Dokan 
SSHFS 0.6.0

You can fix the problem by disabling the cache.
