content-type text/calendar and text/vcard needed #115

Today the content-type is not set and this breaks new Sabre installations for createObject. Does anyone know if there is a fork that has this working or if anyone knows of a patch (I have tried to add it but I can't debug it easily because of https (I use fruux which is using Sabre and they don't support http).
