Node.js 6.15.0 and dependencies update #134

Hello @lambdabaa,

this PR prepares the upgrade to SabreDAV 3.2.3, as it requires upgrades of the test code.

This needs to have https://github.com/lambdabaa/dav/pull/133 merged first. Then I can rebase.

the tests are passing with Node.js 6.15.0 and several updated dependencies. This needs to have #133 merged first. Then I can rebase this one.

I will open another PR for updates to Babel 7.
