It's getting expensive for me to host this so I've added support for donation buttons (but not the buttons themselves) in case people want to help offset some of these costs. Importantly, the web app itself hosted at avogadr.io will have donation buttons, but these are not bundled in the repo. I want people to be able to self-host the app without them or to add their own.
