The current VFX for power ups are not completely obvious to players that are not familiar with the mechanic.
Additionally, we should make it look similar to what our UI power-up icon is, for consistency. See: #1730
It should be a clear positive effect, it doesn't have to evoke mystery (unlike items) because they are simple stat buffs.
