Examples crash on my NVIDIA/Intel optimus setup. #2

If I run hello or asteroids on my Lenovo T540p Fedora 27 with prop nvidea driver it crashes in Intel mode, primusrun and optirun.

optirun glxgears is working.

1 fixes it. (Because bindings-GLFW fixed a bug for optimus configurations).

Thanks for reporting. Does lambdacube-quake3 crash too?
