Refactoring method names:
all 'extract
' methods renamed as 'build
' renamed as extract_all
build_entity_from_uri: extract all triples for a specific URI (even if not in model) and instantiate RDF_Entity() so that it can be queried further
x.rdfgraph renamed as x.rdflib_graph
x.serialize renamed as x.rdf_source
tidy up all tests code
ontospy properties returning entities: all renamed using the all_* pattern eg all_classes etc..
