Hi @vincentsarago , here is the PR for #42

PS: this is my first pull request, please let me know if there are any problems.

Hi @hugozaggo. When I added a new driver I was remembered to add a small test, like the ones here. Maybe you could do the same? But it depends on @vincentsarago :P

Makes sense, I'll do it over the weekend.

Just added two simple tests:

ogrinfo --formats should return DXF as part of its output
ogrinfo should be able to open fixtures/square.dxf, which is a simple DXF file with a square.
