Create image using amazonlinux:2 #8

newer runtimes (nodejs10.x, nodejs12.x, python3.8, java11, ruby2.7) use the new amazonlinux image 😭

Compiling GDAL within lambci/lambda-base:build2 is not a simple task, I guess I'll need help on this one because I don't really have time right now
