I noticed bugs in special cases: input trees with a few NA branch lengths, and taxon names as integers.
By the way Lam, I am working with @yuqing19118 to add parametric bootstrapping to phylolm. It's feature of phyloglm already. Having it would quantify uncertainty about the alpha/lambda parameter (and/or measurement error). So you can expect a pull request soon :)
